The Juliana Greenfield Family Foundation is dedicated to funding research to enable a future where neuroblastoma is no longer a life-threatening condition, but one that can be effectively managed and ultimately cured.  Our continuous goal is to turn these aspirations into reality, giving every child affected by neuroblastoma a brighter and healthier future.

Our Mission

Neuroblastoma is a solid tumor originating from neural crest tissue that is part of the sympathetic nervous system (SNS).  Of approximately 13,000 new cases of childhood cancer in the U.S. each year, only about 650-700 are neuroblastoma.  Neuroblastoma generally develops in young children under the age of 5.  The median age at diagnosis is about 2 years old.  With its complex diagnosis, high relapse rate, and low survival rate for high-risk cases, it demands our urgent attention and action. Discover more about neuroblastoma's impact and the vital need for continued research and support.
